The young singer had been in a coma ever since she was found face down in a bathtub, just like her mother in six months ago, and had been in hospice care in her final days, News.com.au reported.
Kristen Foster, a family representative, said that the Bobbi was surrounded by her family at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia, when she died on July 26, and was finally at peace in the arms of God.
She thanked everyone for all the love and support they had received during the last few months.
Doctor's had said that Brown's brain function was 'significantly diminished' as a result of the incident after which she was placed in a medically induced coma and was moved to a rehabilitation centre two months later, where she remained until June 24.
The late music legend had the sole custody of Bobbi Kristina, after parting from Bobby Brown in 2007, and when she died in 2012, Bobbi was rushed to hospital that same month for anxiety treatment as she was reportedly found taking drugs after her mother's funeral.
Houston had left a reported 115 million dollars inheritance for her daughter.
Bobbi Kristina's death has a tragic resemblance to Houston's, who was found dead in the bath tub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on February 11, 2012.
