Actress Scarlett Johansson is reportedly in talks to play the leading lady in Slumdog Millionaire director Danny Boyle's Trance.
The Lost in Translation actress is a top choice to play the leading lady, while the King's Speech star Colin Firth will take over Michael Fassbender's role of Aiden.
The other actresses competing for the role are Zoe Saldana and Melanie Thierry.
Meanwhile, it is reported that Boyle wants Colin to replace Fassbender in the project, although the director has yet to make a formal offer.
Trance is a remake of a 2003 British TV movie, which was directed by Joe Ahearne.
The story is about an assistant at an auction house who masterminds a heist and joins a group of thieves to steal a valuable painting.
