The movie also marks the US debut of Ji-woon, known for the gory horror film like I Saw the Devil and the China-set Western The Good, the Bad, the Weird. Written by Andrew Knauer, the movie is about a small-town sheriff who must make a stand when a drug cartel leader tries to make a run for the Mexican border.
