Alba then looked up her symptoms on the internet, and discovered that her symptoms were consistent with a stroke. u00a0She said that she texted her daughter&rsquo;s paediatrician as he was the only person who would have answer her at 2.30 in the morning. &ldquo;I texted him and I said, &lsquo;I have these symptoms... it&rsquo;s all going downhill!&rsquo; He was like, &lsquo;You&rsquo;re a little young for this&rsquo;&rdquo; she added. u00a0Alba eventually had a MRI scan done which revealed that she was suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome - a relatively common condition that causes pain, numbness and a tingling sensation in the hand and fingers.u00a0
