The 24-year-old glitter queen looked fresh and rejuvenated after performing the night before for her sold-out "Sleazy" concert held at Manhattan's Roseland Ballroom. <br /><br /><img alt="" src="/imagedata/2011/apr/Ke$ha.jpg" border="5" /><br /><br />"Dear Nyc. U guys were so amazing my brain almost exploded," Ke$ha wrote on her Twitter account. Ke$ha will continue to make stops on her sold-out "Sleazy" world tour through the summer and finish up in September.
