Los Angeles: Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has shared a naked selfie, showing her protruding belly, as a reply to the rumours that she and rapper husband Kanye West were faking her second pregnancy.

Kardashian, mother of one, revealed in June that she was expecting her second baby. She slammed the rumours in a series of tweets and said she was thankful to God for her pregnancy.
