Los Angeles:&nbsp;Pop sensation Lady Gaga's heart-shaped engagement ring has the first letter of couple's name engraved on it.

Gaga posted a close-up of her sparkler on Instagram on February 18, with the caption, "My favourite part of my engagement ring. Taylor and Lorraine designed "TS" in white diamonds on the band. The 28-year-old singer's birth name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta.
