New Girl star Lamorne Morris will join Vin Diesel in Bloodshot. He will join the Sony Pictures film in the role of scientist Wilfred Wigans, who becomes Bloodshot's unlikely ally, reports variety.com.

Toby Kebbell, Eiza Gonzalez, Michael Sheen, Sam Heughan, Talulah Riley and Alex Hernandez also star in the project, which will be directed by Dave Wilson.
