Katherine is suing the promoters behind the doomed This Is It comeback gigs, claiming they were negligent in ignoring life-threatening health concerns. The Jackson clan also wants to exclude any evidence that Michael&#39;s siblings have financial problems. They are worried AEG might try to argue that the real force behind the lawsuit is the need for cash. Katherine and the kids also want the judge to bar evidence or any mention of child molestation allegations, partly because the &#39;Thriller&#39; hitmaker was never found guilty. A judge has yet to rule on the motions.
