For Dunkin`s commercial during the Super Bowl 2024, actor Affleck attempts to become a popstar like his wife Jennifer Lopez. He along with his A-list crew put up an act in front of a horrified JLo. No sooner did he and the unwilling crew perform the song titled `Don’t Dunk Away at My Heart`, Lopez destroyed their dream.
The Super Bowl 2024 ad opens with Jack Harlow asking Affleck, sitting in the car, "Are you sure you want to do this?” In response, Affleck tells him, “Last year, [J.Lo] came to my work, now I’ve got to show her what I can do.” The line is a reference to last year’s Dunkin’ ad, which the press release refers to as part of “The Dunkin’ Cinematic Universe,” when Affleck worked a Dunkin’ drive-through and his wife ordered coffee from him.
