Chris Brown threw a female fan&rsquo;s phone when she was using it to film the singer at a club in Italy.

Brown was at the VIP section of the club after playing a show last weekend when the incident happened. In a video obtained by a website, the R&amp;B star spotted the fan filming him without his permission and later snatched her phone before hurling it over his shoulder.
Witnesses said that Brown not only removed the phone, but also its owner from the VIP section. The fan didn&rsquo;t call the police because security later found her phone and returned it to her.
