Popular K-pop singer and former BIGBANG member G-Dragon has been booked in an alleged drugs case on Wednesday. Reportedly, his name popped up during actor Lee Sun Kyun`s drug scandal investigation. The singer has been booked by the South Korea`s Incheon Police Agency without detention on charges of violating the law on drug management.

YG Entertainment, the company that represented G-Dragon since his debut alongside BIGBANG in 2006 issued an official statement on the matter. He continued his association with the label until his exclusive contract ended in June 2023. As per Xports News, their official statement read, “It is difficult to respond officially as he is not currently an artist under our company.”
