The clip of Jimin and V together at the beach came shortly after speculation about Jimin leaving BTS. This began after the K-pop boyband shared solo clips featuring all members except Jimin, which led fans to speculate about his exclusion. Soon after, “Jimin Left BTS” began trending on X (formerly Twitter).

Amid the rumors, Jimin posted a beach day reel on Instagram featuring himself and Kim Tae-hyung, a.k.a. V. In the video, Jimin is seen adjusting his shorts while playfully tugging at V’s. Their lighthearted banter has left fans in awe.
