BTS member Suga's drunk driving case has been sent to the prosecutors. Yonhap News reports that the Yongsan Police Station passed his case on to the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office.
Officials said this was done without physical detention on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act at 2 pm on Friday. Suga was questioned by the police last week, where he admitted to the charges. The investigation began after he was caught drunk driving an electric scooter on August 6.
