BTS member Suga`s drunk driving case has been sent to the prosecutors. Yonhap News reports that the Yongsan Police Station passed his case on to the Seoul Western District Prosecutors` Office.
Officials said this was done without physical detention on charges of violating the Road Traffic Act at 2 pm on Friday. Suga was questioned by the police last week, where he admitted to the charges. The investigation began after he was caught drunk driving an electric scooter on August 6.
