<p>It was revealed through videos on the group's official YouTube channel, that Rose practises Pilates and does stretches with a medicine ball. In another video during their US tour it was revealed that Rose is also a fan of cardio. Sporting a black tank top and grey sweatpants, the idol was spotted running on the treadmill. Besides workouts, she also makes sure to eat fruits and vegetables to keep herself healthy amid the very stressful environments she is usually in.</p>
