Did the film's title, Yaarigoskara Preethi (Love, for whom?), tempt fate? Old friends, actor-producer Raghuveer and director Raju, had an ugly scrap, with Raju storming out of a meeting and Rahghuveer deciding to take on the reins of the film himself.u00a0

He also claims that he has paid scriptwriter Shravankumar, who will now be working with him, instead of working with Raju.

"Raghuveer has betrayed me. Legally, I have rights over the film. I registered the title at KFCC four months ago. The script was in terrible shape and I had to work hard to improve it. Raghuveer has been my dear friend for 18 years, so my best wishes are with him if he wants to direct the film, but I will give him the rights only if he apologizes to me.u00a0 He behaved badly because he was drunk," maintains Raju.u00a0

But their friendship proved fragile as they continued to accuse each other of behaving in an unprofessional manner. "I have produced three films and directed eight films whereas Raghuveer's first film, Chaitrada Premanjali, was a hit only because of the script and the songs. In no way did he contribute to the film's success as hero," Raju says.
