Originally, the agreement is supposed to have been for Rs 80 lakh according to Babu, who says that this was hiked to Rs 1 crore by Basten. Babu says that all the figures were inflated by Basten. But Basten denies this and claims that Babu is lying.
Babu also says that he had given money to Basten, which was supposed to be passed on to Pooja Gandhi, but it was never given to Gandhi if Babu's version is to be believed. But Basten says that Rs 10 lakh was given to Pooja and only another Rs 3 lakh has to be given to her.
