South stars urge people to join 'Mana Madras Kosam' drive

In the wake of Chennai floods, the South Indian actors like Rana Daggubati, Dhanush, Allari Naresh and Siddharth have come forward to help the flood victims

In the wake of Chennai floods, the South Indian actors like Rana Daggubati, Dhanush, Allari Naresh and Siddharth have come forward to help the flood victims.

Offering food, medicines, blankets and other necessary amenities to the victims, the actors from southern film industry have also urged their fans to join the initiative called 'Mana Madras Kosam¿ to help the people hit in floods.


The 'Baahubali: The Beginning' actor tweeted, "Material and supplies being gathered for the next container to move to Chennai #ManaMadrasKosam. Lots more cming in!"
"Urging his fans to help, the 'Why This Kolaveri Di'" singer wrote, "Have about 100 bags of rice. Anybody cooking in bulk pls leave a tweet with contact."

He also tweeted, "Basic medicines for fever cough cold diarrhoea vomiting available with us. Tag @aditi1231 and leave a contact if u need."

Allari also shared a post on his Twitter page, wherein he asked the people to contribute their bit in the 'Mana Madras Kosam' initiative .

Also, Bollywood celebrities, including Jacqueline Fernandez, Kalki Koechlin, Boman Irani and Abhishek Bachchan, have supported Rana's initiative.
