Nandamuri Balakrishna`s much-awaited film Akhanda 2: Thaandavam has faced another setback, just a day before its release. The makers of the film announced that the premiere shows of the Boyapeti Sreenu directorial in India that had been scheduled for Thursday had been cancelled due to technical issues.

Taking to their X (formerly Twitter) account, 14 Reels Plus, the production house that has produced the film, wrote, "Akhanda2 Premieres in India scheduled for today are cancelled due to technical issues. We`ve tried our best, but a few things are beyond our control. Sorry for the inconvenience. The overseas premieres will play as per the schedule today."
