The buzz around Rajinikanth's latest film Coolie is at an all-time high. Undoubtedly one of the most-awaited films of the year, the film is all set to hit the screens on August 14, 2025. Notably, along with the release, Rajinikanth is also marking his 50 years in the industry. As the advance bookings paint a promising picture of the film, several celebrities are congratulating the superstar on the milestone. Among them was former actor and current Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Udhayanidhi Stalin, who congratulated Thalaivar. He also revealed that he has watched Coolie, and heaped praises on the movie.
Taking to his X account, he penned a congratulatory post for Rajinikanth and the cast and crew members of Coolie. Udhayanidhi wrote, "I am truly delighted to congratulate our Superstar rajinikanth sir on completing 50 glorious years in the film industry. Had the opportunity to get an early glimpse of his much-awaited movie Coolie, releasing tomorrow. I thoroughly enjoyed this power-packed mass entertainer and am sure it will capture the hearts of audiences everywhere."
He further added, "My heartfelt wishes for a roaring success to rajinikanth sir, sunpictures, Sathyaraj sir, Dir_Lokesh, Aamirkhan sir, iamnagarjuna sir, nimmaupendra sir, anirudhofficial, SoubinShahir, shrutihaasan and the entire team behind this movie."
