Veteran Kannada actor Chandrashekhar passed away after a cardiac arrest in Ottawa in Canada early on Saturday, his daughter Tanya said. He was 63. He is survived by his mother, wife Sheela, and daughter Tanya. Bengaluru-based Tanya informed the media about her father's death. He had moved to Canada in 1984 but continued to work in Kannada films and has over 40 movies to his credit.
