Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu and Namrata Shirodkar's daughter has turned 11 today. At a very young age, Sitara has managed to grab eyeballs with her dancing skills and with her latest ad film for a jewellery brand. On her birthday, Mahesh Babu and Namrata took to social media to share sweet birthday posts for the little one.

Namrata also shared a picture of her daughter from the ad shoot and wrote, "Another year older, but always my baby girl. Today is all about celebrating you and the happiness you bring to our lives. Happy birthday my little star @sitaraghattamaneni!! Love you to the moon and back".

Sitara celebrated her birthday with underprivileged girls in Hyderabad. Namrata shared a video of the little one interacting with the girls and then cutting a cake with them. Namrata also tagged Mahesh Babu's non-profit foundation. Under the foundation, Sitara gifted bicycles to all the girls in the orphanage.
Meanwhile, Sitara has taken first step into the world of acting by featuring in ad film for a jewellery brand. Reportedly, she gave away the first salary that she earned from the commercial to a charity.
Along with the preview of a short film titled 'Princess' for a jewellery brand in which she had acted, Sitara also launched the lookbook for a collection named after her at a five-star hotel in Hyderabad, along with her mother Namrata Ghattamaneni.
At the launch, the teenager also interacted with the media. She said she liked to see movies and was very interested in acting in them, and that she had acquired her confidence from her mother. She said her father was very happy to see the signature jewellery collection being launched at Times Square, New York, and got emotional when he saw the advertising video.
Sitara has been garnering a lot of attention for her dance videos that she posts on her verified social media handle. She also performed in the promotional song for Mahesh’s film 'Sarkaru Vaari Paata', which received a positive response.
Namrata, meanwhile, said that they are all up for Sitara's choice of having a career in the movies. However, Namrata stated it was too early to discuss Sitara’s entry into films or the type of movies she would do. She also added that their son Gautham might enter films, but is at present engaged in his higher studies.
