Pooja Hegde has been onboarded for Dulquer Salmaan’s much-anticipated upcoming project, DQ41. Notably, the film will mark the return of Pooja in Telugu cinema after nearly three years. Naturally, the announcement has already taken the internet by storm. Pooja was last seen in Shahid Kapoor starrer Deva, which was helmed by Rosshan Andrrews. The actress recently received widespread acclaim for her dance moves in the song Monica from Rajinikant's film Coolie.

On Thursday, SLV Cinemas made an official announcement revealing Pooja Hegde’s addition to the cast. They shared a short video in which it seems like Pooja is stepping into a girl-next-door avatar, with a simple appearance.
