Four decades into his acting career, Sanjay Dutt is ready to give a go at Telugu cinema with KGF 2. As the antagonist Adheera, whose look is inspired by the 11th century warriors, the Vikings, Dutt will lock horns with Yash’s Rocky. In a bid to create the look of his character, the actor decided to take matters into his own hands.

A source tells mid-day, “When the script came to Dutt sa’ab, he sat down with the director to etch out the character’s back-story, and discussed details like what his motivations could be. Adheera has swag. While he wears snazzy shades, he carries a sword. Clearly, the villain is slightly eccentric. Along with his stylist, the star carefully curated every element of Adheera’s look. He raided his personal wardrobe to bring out accessories from his ’90s films to give the character the desired X-factor.”
