The RajaSaab still
Prabhas's upcoming film The RajaSaab has been in the news largely due to its constant delays in release. The film’s team has announced multiple release dates, only to postpone each time. More recently, the makers revealed that the film will now be released in January, a month ahead of its initial December 5 release date. The film's producer, V. Vishwa Prasad, has addressed the ongoing delays and blamed the VFX department for the postponement.
Talking to NDTV, Prasad said, “I can name a few people who really put us in trouble. I’ve already named one for Karthikeya 2, and another for The RajaSaab, who was really in extortion mode. He made us delay our movie because he didn’t do any of the work until October 2024. We were supposed to complete it by April 2025.”
