A day in the 'Bigg Boss 6' house

Even before the celebrities appeared on the new season of Bigg Boss, our reader Sonia Samtani got an opportunity to stay overnight in the house. She even had a first-hand experience of what the contestants do during their 90-day stay in the house. She took part in several tasks, attended gossip sessions, taught yoga and also let her hair down during a small celebration that was attended by the media.

A talking parrot named Radhe has also been introduced in the house. The makers of the show have also added a hand pump on the premises. Sources say that this hand pump will make life ‘difficult’ for the housemates this season.

Just like every year, this season too will have two different bedrooms divided by a glass wall. A floral theme has been maintained while designing the beds and the bed linens. The walls also have statues of three monkeys.

There is also the regular confession room in the house where contestants can de-stress themselves. For this season, set designer Sabu Cyril has given the room a futuristic look and says it’s inspired by the comic superhero character Batman.

The second room has three double beds and a captain’s room attached to it. The room is comparatively spacious and has a glass dome at the centre. Sabu Cyril who has designed the sets of films like Robot has used lots of red and silver in his designs.u00a0
