Back in 2011, Simi’s show had gone on air immediately after season 3 of Karan Johar’s 'Koffee With Karan' came to an end. This time, however, she feels audiences need a break. Adds the source, “To add to this, Aamir Khan’s issue based show is currently being aired on TV, so airing Simi’s show right after Koffee With Karan gets over will not be a good move.”
Simi’s show 'Rendezvous with Simi Garewal' first aired in the year 1997 and enjoyed a good run till 2007. Simi then decided to reinvent the show and in 2011, she renamed it 'India’s Most Desirable'.
