Nikitin Dheer, who is currently seen as Astika in 'Naagarjuna - Ek Yoddha', got a surprise visit from his wife and actress Kratika Sengar on the set of the TV show where he was shooting despite being unwell.

Kratika came on the set with lunch for Nikitin, who later took to Instagram to appreciate her gesture.

Alongside a photograph of himself with Kratika, Nikitin wrote: "When I’m not well and you show up at work to surprise me, all my energies are restored."

'Naagarjuna - Ek Yoddha', aired on Life OK, also features Anshuman Malhotra and Keerti Nagpure.
