Madhavi Gogate who played the role of Anupamaa`s (Rupali Ganguly) mother in the Star Plus show has passed away at the age of 58. Reportedly, the actress had tested positive for Covid-19 recently.

The veteran actress was admitted to the hospital and was recovering from the infection. But according to reports her condition deteriorated and she breathed her last on November 21.
