The day starts off with chhoti Anu speaking to Anupamaa stating that she dreamt about being sent back to the hostel. Hearing all this, Anuj is feeling extremely shocked and helpless. Unable to live without seeing chhoti Anu, Anupamaa comes back home with baby Pari along with her. Seeing her back home, chhoti Anu and Anuj are extremely happy. What Anuj and chhoti Anu were unaware of was the fact that Anupamaa did not come home alone. She was ‘accompanied’ by Baa, Babuji and the rest of the family.

Everyone out there is shocked to see Paakhi as well in Anuj’s house. Seeing her in the house, Barkhaa makes it VERY CLEAR that Paakhi will be sharing her room with Dimpy (and not Adhik). An extremely worried and concerned Anuj tells Anupamaa to take care of herself whilst she is taking care of everyone around her. He also adds that Anupamaa should give equal time to chhoti Anu as well, because she needs her the most right now.
