Now, in an interview, Rinku has opened up about how she feels that Ankita Lokhande is using her show 'Pavitra Rishta' and her ex-boyfriend, the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, for the limelight.

The actress in an interview with Instant Bollywood shared, “Once Isha and I were seated, and Ankita talked about how the last scene of Pavitra Rishta was shot and how Sushant came. So, I thought she was telling it to us, but 'baar baar kitna Pavitra Rishta karogi bhaiya.' In my 30-year-long career, I don't even remember how many shows I have done, and mind you, I haven't played a single role that I regret. Thirty years in the industry, doing television, it's huge, and I will take that pat on my back. I have been selective with my work, but I didn't boast about it even once. For Ankita, it feels like she has spent the entire season of Bigg Boss on Pavitra Rishta.”
