As many as 15 television producers have registered complaints at various police stations in Mumbai, alleging that the Association of Film and TV Editors is threatening some of its own members for not participating in its indefinite strike launched on November 4. Acting on the complaints filed at the police stations in Bandra, Malad, Versova, Amboli and Oshiwara, Mumbai police has provided security to multiple production houses.
JD Majethia, producer and co-chairman of Indian Film and TV producers, says, "They threatened their own members, currently working on various shows despite the strike.
