Last seen in 'Adventures of Hatim' two years ago, the actress has now returned to the tube with a cameo in 'Gangaa'. Over the years, she has undergone a physical transformation, but there has been buzz about the actress going under the knife. Nausheen claims that she indeed underwent a surgery, but there was nothing cosmetic about it.
