In our special series Be My Guest, actor Param Singh takes us into his private space and gives us a sneak peek into what went into making his home beautiful and serene. The actor just bought a new home in Mumbai and welcomes us into his pad.

What's your favourite spot in the house?
My favourite spot in the house is the living room. It has a swing, offers a beautiful view and has a peaceful vibe. I sometimes meditate, listen to music and tend to read books or scripts when there.

What's an ideal day off at home for you?
I would just be with myself. I consume content, play with my dogs, have a cheat day sometimes. I also read, write and chill around on my day offs.

What's the most important aspect while deciding about a house?
The most important aspect I look at is the budget, the carpet area, the location. Although I look at everything that goes into buying a new house, these three are the main aspects.

If one ever visits your home, the one thing they will be treated to...
If anyone ever visits my home they are always treated with good hospitality. I offer them beverages and most importantly home-cooked meals.

The item one will always find in your pantry
Green tea sachets and coffee are two things one will always find in my pantry.

A series you're currently binging on when at home
I am watching this film named ‘Arrival’ on Netflix currently.

Your favourite gadgets at home...
Just my phone and Bluetooth speakers make for my favourite gadgets.
