Kumkum Bhagya actor Abhishek Malik is no exception and makes sure to complete his daily kasratbaazi, whether in gym or at the shoot. Abhishek, who follows a strict diet, says, “Since I don’t get much time to go to the gym regularly, I work out on the sets of Kumkum Bhagya. I believe that if you want to look a certain way, then you have to follow a particular diet and work out whenever you get time. So, during lunch and evening breaks, I squeeze in some push-ups, pull-ups, stretching, and other free-hand exercises, that are feasible on set. Doing this regularly is helping me to stay fit.”
