The year 2020 was a historical year for women in leadership. It gave us exemplary role models like Kamala Harris, Jacinda Adern, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Michelle Obama, and many others, who challenged the patriarchal norms of society and represented their share of voice. Continuing the movement, UN Women has announced the theme for International Women’s Day, March 8, 2021, as - “Women in Leadership: Achieving an equal future in the COVID 19 world”. This year’s theme would focus on the efforts of women and girls around the world in shaping a more equal future and recovery from the COVID 19 pandemic.

So, on the occasion of International Women’s Day 2021, we handpicked a few podcasts hosted by women and for women covering a diverse range of topics, such as entrepreneurship, leadership, marketing to cognitive learning to get you started.
