9 in 10 Indians say chatbots better than HR managers for career growth: Report

According to a study by Cloud major Oracle and Workplace Intelligence, of the 91 percent of Indians who have been negatively affected by the pandemic, 32 percent have been suffering from a lack of career motivation. Many employees feel they are willing to work with a company that provides better technology for career advancement

Nine in 10 Indians believe that chatbots or robots can support their career better than human HR managers, as they grapple with various mental health issues in the pandemic, a new report showed on Wednesday.

The percentage of Indians negatively impacted by the pandemic is (91 per cent) with many (44 per cent) struggling financially, (36 per cent) are suffering from declining mental health, (32 per cent) lacking career motivation and (31 per cent) are feeling disconnected from their own lives, according to the study by Cloud major Oracle and Workplace Intelligence, an HR research and advisory firm.
