Listen to some of the most popular local and international bass-heavy sounds at this weekend’s Bass Camp festival
Every year, the Bass Camp festival brings some of the world’s most popular electronic artistes and local talents together, offering a mix of bass-heavy sounds from genres like Drum n Bass, Dubstep, Glitch Hop, Drumstep and more. The festival is back for the 14th edition, with several more international and local talent, this Saturday in the city.

Headling the festival will be UK-based producer Gaudi, known for his old school sonic manipulations done without a computer. Joining him on the stage will be his music partner and beatboxer, Danny Ladwa, who aids Gaudi’s energetic old school performance.

The festival will also see Indian artistes like Soom T whose works revolve around Reggae, Hip-Hop, Folk, Electronic and Dub genres; Alo Wala (Shivani Ahlowalia), a Chicago-born, multi-lingual bass music rapper, and Nerm, founder and DJ of Shiva Soundsystem. Also, on board is Delhi-based producer Su Real, who recently released his second EP, Brown Folks, and BREED that consists of the duo of Ritesh D’Souza and Tara Mae. Artistes like DaktaDub from Hyderabad, Tarqeeb (Ashish Jose) and Kumail Hamid are also a part of the line-up.

Bass Camp is a four-city travelling festival, and will open first in Delhi on Nov 20, followed by Mumbai Pune (November 27) and Bangalore (November 28).
