The century old school of Bai Avabai Framji Petit Girl's High School, Pali Hill, Bandra West celebrated Literary Fest on September 29 and 30, called WOW – World Of Words.

The students from kindergarten to the older kids were introduced to different books ranging from eras and authors to myths and history, from fairy tales to tales from India and beyond. The fest was a visual treat with creativity bursting forth with songs, orations, displays of castles and fairy tale towers, the Trojan Horse made of ice cream sticks, the Sword of Damocles, a beautiful Golden Seat of Shahjahan made literature come alive.


The Grimm Brother’s, Enid Blyton, J.K.Rowling, Rene Goscinny, Albert Uderzo and mysteries that were solved by Sherlock Holmes, Poirot, Edgar Allen Poe and the more sensitive poetic prose of the Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore were discussed.

The interactive festival served as a platform for kids to showcase their creativity and made learning fun.
