Singer-songwriter Joss Stone burst into the charts in 2003 with the album The Soul Sessions. Since then, she has gone from strength to strength, carving a niche for herself with her powerful voice and establishing herself as one of the female mainstays of the British music scene. Stone even sang for Superheavy, a supergroup that includes the likes of Mick Jagger and Damian Marley, apart from AR Rahman. She is slated to perform at a Girgaum venue, but the singer hasn't sent in a confirmation yet. So, keep your fingers crossed for this one.
