"Defining characteristics for a person today would usually be their occupation, the city they belong to or the circle they keep. For food influencer and marketer Mohd Zubair Ali however, it's his values of passion, hard work and humility that he carries. Starting his journey back in the kitchen as a trainee, it was a long road for him from being just another Hotel Management graduate to being one of the most eminent food influencers in the city of Hyderabad. Aspiring to his original purpose, Zubair always wanted to bring the food of Hyderabad on a global map which is where began his pursuit to understand aspects of gastronomy, fuelling his passion to explore and experience.
