When you hear sirens and electric guitar lines in the same track, you know that the music is coated with stories on pent-up emotions against backdrop of social issues and emergencies. Parvaaz, the Rock group from Bengaluru, cemented their spot in a genre that is an alliance between Psychedelic Rock and poetry. They borrow from Urdu poetry and are often heard singing in Kashmiri. The band will play an original set at a gig tomorrow.
