Shivani Kapila
Kapila who goes by the Instagram name LittleGlove is a mother of 16-month-old daughter Aadhya Tyagi. She creates content around lifestyle and fashion. “It is a completely new experience. Being a mother and a video creator at the same time is very challenging but the kind of innovative ideas that I think about and also get to implement are remarkable! I have grown more as a human being and as a creator after my baby’s birth,” she said. Photo Courtesy: Shivani Kapila
Speaking about being a momfluencer and taking care of the child, Kapila says, "Being a mom and a content creator is a full-time job and comes with bigger responsibilities. I have induced social media as a part of my child-rearing process. I record what I teach my baby, and shoot our candid interactions. I set up my camera and start recording in the morning and end it by 5 pm. Post that, I dedicate all my time to my daughter. I understand that you have to have a balance and dedicate a sufficient amount of time to yourself and your family." Photo Courtesy: Shivani Kapila

This momfluencer is very passionate about creating content around travel, fashion, beauty and of course her 16-month-old daughter Sky Sharma. Speaking about what it is like to be a momfluencer, she said, “It feels great to be a mommy influencer. I have to constantly juggle the duties of motherhood and also find the time to create content but I love the rush it gives me. It feels great to be acknowledged for what I am doing. Shrestha adds, "It's tough. It's never easy to manage everything. I wish my days were longer! I always prioritise what needs to be done in a day. However, taking care of my daughter is above everything else. I am in my golden era of motherhood right now. My baby is just 1 year old, she is never going to be this little again so I always make sure to spend more time with her. While doing so, I of course plan when to shoot videos. That said, I am still learning how to make more time for myself too but I know I’ll get there soon."
Disha Madan
Madan is a mother of two munchkins, a daughter name Avira and a son Vian. She creates content around fashion and lifestyle. "It is not easy being a momfluencer. Balancing personal and professional life is as it is stressful and hectic but when the personal life involves two young children, it’s as tough as it can get. But when I see my achievements, I forget the struggle. Nothing is more special than sharing my success with my children. It takes a lot to be successful on social media. There’s so much time and effort that goes into making a video of just 60/90 seconds. But I’ve pushed through it because I love what I do!", says Madan. Photo Courtesy: Disha Madan
Speaking about how she manages it all, Madan says, "Although my biggest challenge has been maintaining consistency with my posts, I have to thank my family for their support. To be honest, I could not have accomplished even half of what I have today, if not for my parents, my husband and my in-laws. My parents have been constant caretakers for my children when I have to work. There were multiple times when I had to travel for shows/events and my husband would instantly be this hands-on-dad that I am blessed with. On days that I am around, my husband liked to pretend like he knows nothing about handling the children but when I travel for 24 hours and come back home, my kids refuse to let him go! My mother-in-law and father-in-law have always pushed me to try new things and take up interesting projects! It’s very important to be in a good mental space to be able to work without any worries and I think the people around me help me do that." Photo Courtesy: Disha Madan
