Mumbai-based The Bombay Canteen in Lower Parel has been ranked number 35 on the prestigious Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023 list released on Tuesday, July 18 in Rosewood in Hong Kong.

The neighbourhood bar, known for its food and cocktails, opened doors to diners in 2015. The restaurant boasts of unconventional pairings, handcrafted, smooth libations and in-house infusions while celebrating Indian produce through innovative techniques. The menu has Spicy Gimlet, Plum Manhattan, Stolen Kiss with more recent introductions being The Waiting List, which was introduced in the new Cocktail Menu, launched last month.
