I am very impressed by your skills with wok and ladle. So, how good a cook are you?
Honestly, I don't cook regularly.u00a0 However, the pasta that I make has flavours of both Italian and Indian cuisines and that makes it unique.

Would you describe Indians as fitness-conscious people?
I must admit there is no fitness culture in India. But the scenario is changing, and that is encouraging.
What is Milind Soman's daily diet?
For breakfast it's usually 3 egg whites, omelettes, cheese and mushroom. Since I am out most of the time, lunch and dinner comprise junk food like pizzas, hamburgers and pani puri. I know that it's pretty unhealthy, hence I try to eat at home as much as possible. But I finish my last meal religiously by 8 pm. If I feel hungry, I drink a glass of milk. Hot water is the secret of my good looks! And clichu00e9d though it may sound, my all-time favourite is my mother's dal-chawal.

Tell us about your personal life...
You had to get there! Yes, I am seeing Shahana Goswami. But I don't want to talk about it at the moment as she isu00a0 young and needs to concentrate on her career. And marriage is not anywhere in the near future. Since I just walked out of a marriage, I am going to make sure I step into it once I am completely ready.

Modelling or films, what excites you?
I hate to choose. Even though I don't watch my own films, I enjoy the entire process of film-making. Modelling and films are two things that I enjoy doing at different points of time. Two of my films, Nakshatra and Shadows, are keeping me busy at the moment.
