I am a 19-year-old guy, but love to dress up in female clothes and use cosmetics. It's starting to become a bit of a strain keeping such an important aspect of myself a secret. At the same time, I'm worried what if my loved ones don't accept me for the way I am? I really want to come out of the closet, but I am so nervous and scared.

It is strange that all these years you have managed to keep it a well-kept secret. You say no one has a clue about your fetish. There are quite a few men who like to wear women's stuff, not because they are gay or want to be a woman, but it is sometimes a sexual turn on for them. Or perhaps you are a cross dresser. People will judge you for how you behave. If you are clear about your sexual leanings, it is time you come out in the open. It is better that you tell your loved ones, rather than they find it out from others which will cause them more misery.
