You are caught in a situation where you can't offend anyone. On one side is your sister and the other side her guy and his best pal. You initially made it a habit to hang out together, but now their presence is getting on your nerves. You and your guy need to sit down and talk things out with your sister. Tell her how you feel about it and that you think it is intrusion. May be she is trying to be protective and does not realise your need for privacy. Meanwhile, your guy can tell your sister's guy what he feels. As he is a close buddy, he should understand.
