If you want to forgive him, it is your call. But do remember that you can no longer trust him. If he could hide such a big aspect of his life, wonder what he will do about smaller things. He looks like living a life of lies and deceit. It was important that he tell you what he was up to. He took you for a jolly ride and now when he realised that you were getting serious, he spilled the truth. Think whether you can trust him. If he makes amends, it is up to you to accept him again.
