Gimme 5! (My 5 workout essentials)
Workout gloves, sneakers, iPod (music), my gym bag which has everything in it and supplements.
6 am (what I'm most likely to be doing at the time)
I go to sleep late so I'd be sleeping.
7 days a week (I can't live without!)
Running.
8 and 8 (my favourite guilty indulgence)
Regular Indian Mughlai food, which is high on fat, so I try and avoid it.
On Cloud 9 (my favourite way to de-stress)
Music, reading, watching a good movie or even a good workout helps.
Last thing I do before tucking in...
